I think they need to replace a few shingles. This is the top of a house that was lost to the flood. The bottom half must be somewhere back up stream. Keep in mind the water was several feet above the lower bridge further down stream. The picture does not show you all the land on the left and right that was covered in the flooding current. It's a mess.
