Tootsie and Koko have been staying with Uncle Pfffft, during this transition period (not having two BIG dogs around helps us keep the house clean and easier to show/sell). Uncle Pfffft lives on some property just outside of Cedar Fall's, IA - near New Hartford.Last Sat. night Tootsie walked off the property and hasn't been seen since. To make matters worse, Sunday's F5 tornado struck within a 1/4 mile from the house so the chaos in the area is taxing all community resources.
When Uncle Pffffft called around to file his missing dog report with several appropriate agencies... he provided his home/land-line number. This was before the tornado took out his phone service.
It's been almost a week and while we've not lost TOTAL hope, we are beginning to think we may have seen the last of Tootsie. We have counselors "on site" to help the delinquents cope with this potential loss. Please add the Toots to your thoughts and prayers.

Buzz - great to hear from you- sorry about the toe and Tootsie. The Charlotte Hyde clan will keep our fingers crossed that Toots is on an adventure of a lifetime and will return soon. Who knows - maybe he will show up at your house.
