It was built in 1904 and it has ample quirk and character. Most of the charm is the result of a century of functional upgrades. All-in-all, I'd say this place could be part money pit, part labor of love. We've not made an offer yet, but you can bet, when we do it will be contigent on the sale of our current crib.
