Took an early morning run with Neil and Crazy Pete. You can probably tell which one is him. This is approaching Rosedale Hill, affectionately called Rosie. We finished an eight mile loop then returned to run 3 X Rosie for good measure. Ten and a quarter goes into the books at an 8:30 pace (these guys both had Garmin's)
This Eagle was sitting perched in the City Park and was overlooking the Iowa River. He watched as we skated away. Beaner stayed behind to walk the dogs, but she probably just sat around doing nothing.
