It was a dismal loss to the N.U. Wildcats, but still good to be three miles from the epicenter of the Hawkeye faithful. Sidetrack, Big Dawg, Chalupa and I made the trek to visit with the "Scramble Section" tailgators. Bones, Animal, Snake and various spouses and off-spring were there... some of whom we've not seen since the days of the Skidder Bashes. Homecoming indeed. It's good to be back in Iowa City.
